Struttura in posizione comoda e centrale, camera accogliente ed arredata con molto gusto ed attenzione ai dettagli, con materasso in memory, doppi cuscini, servizio cortesia con ciabattine e mille altre amenities, veramente piacevole. Peccato le fastidiose ripetute ed insistenti mail con la richiesta di self-checkin, schede e registrazioni da compilare online, addirittura il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno e la mancanza assoluta di una persona che si curi dell'assistenza o accoglienza in loco: oggigiorno tra tante strutture belle è il valore umano che fa la differenza, qui totalmente assente.Trustindex verifica che la fonte originale della recensione sia Google. Camera stupenda, posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro, dai negozi, dalla funicolare per visitate la parte storica... e intorno anche ottimi posti per mangiare e pub per la sera! Ho pranzato benissimo da Bobino, a pochi passi e buona qualità/prezzo. L'alloggio al Quinto piano ha un'ottima vista sul parchetto sottostante e il sistema di check-in automatizzato è fantastico! Amazing size hotel room in a good location. Receptionist wasn’t kind on the phone call but she was nice in person. Arrival form is over complicated and causing inconvenience for guests. I filled that one immediately when making the hotel reservation but received an email on my check-in date that I still need to fill it in. Poor customer experience. The downside of this hotel is the noise level, it can be noisy. I would recommend this place to people who are not so sensitive to noise. Maybe a good place to stay after a night out with friends. We had no trouble with the access as the instructions were easy to follow. The location could not have been better. You can walk to anything you'd like or need, plus the fenicular up to the old town is 7 mins walk away. The area is also very safe. The process for entering explained well. You can check-in without advance notice as it's all automated. There is a new, modern and well light underground parking garage 30 feet from the apartment. Direkt in der Nähe (5 Gehminuten) befindet sich die Seilbahn mit der man zur Altstadt gelangt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed.
